conditions carefully before using the services described
below. By using these services, you acknowledge that you have
agreed to become a party to and legally bound by these terms
and conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms
and conditions, you may not access or otherwise use these
services.

General Information

Welcome to eDigitalTour.com. Our
mission is to provide our customers a professional quality
virtual tour of residential and commercial properties.
Our service is creating the complete virtual tour for the
entire property features. However, the complete virtual
tour does
not mean the property must be showed up in every rooms.
Any special features view or special rooms will be
consider extra scenes and will be extra charge if
requested. The shots taken will be at the
discretion of the photographer. eDigitalTour.com claims no
responsibility for the photographer’s selection of shots
except in cases of extreme negligence.
Once a tour is processed, it will be posted to a unique
Internet address on the eDigitalTour.com website. The URL to
the tour will be sent to the email address provided to
eDigitalTour.com. This URL can be freely used to create a link
from your own personal website and any where you want to post
your tour. eDigitalTour.com will not post or make the linking
for you in anyway. That is meant you will link the tour all by
your self.
eDigitalTour.com will process each virtual into a panoramic
virtual tour image unless eDigitalTour.com deems it to the
agent’s or homeowner’s best interest to not exhibit a
particular image.
A virtual tour will be posted to the eDigitalTour.com website
only upon receiving required information as specified at time
of scheduling. This information includes but is not limited
to: MLS number, asking price, address, square footage, the
number of bedrooms and bathrooms, Roof type ect....
eDigitalTour.com is not responsible for any delays that are
the result of missing or incorrect information.
The virtual tour will become inactive after one of these
conditions is met:
1/. Property was sold.
2/. Over one year
3/. Request by agent or home
owner.
The tour can be reactivated
at any time. eDigitalTour.com reserves the right to charge a
$25.00 annual fee (upon client notification) for any tour that is
hosted by eDigitalTour.com for over a year.
All images and media are the sole property of eDigitalTour.com.
eDigitalTour.com reserves all rights to these images, media
and content. However, eDigitalTour.com will never use these
images for any purposes other than virtual tour services. All
images and media are made available to client until the
property is sold, listing expires. (Unless otherwise specified
in writing)

Tour Information
--------------------------
The agent or homeowner must be present at the scheduled time
of the tour (unless otherwise arranged with eDigitalTour.com).
The home must be ready for photograph and presentable before the scheduled time
of the tour.
The client must provide the valid address of the home at tour
purchase.
A client may cancel or reschedule a tour but must do so more than
twelve hours prior to the originally scheduled time or they
will be assessed a $25.00 cancellation fee.
A client may substitute one home for another home in the same
area, but must do so more than four business hours
prior to the originally scheduled time or they will be
assessed a cancellation fee.
The eDigitalTour.com photographer will shoot the home as-is.
That is, he will not move objects, straighten or dust objects,
open or shut windows or doors, etc. The photographer will,
however, turn lighting on or off and open or shut blinds if it
results in better images.
Once the photographer has photographed a home, the tour may
not be cancelled. The client will be charged the full price of
the tour.
A virtual tour is assigned to one
brokerage firm, one listing agent
and per only one MLS number.
However, a tour may be transferred to another account within the same
brokerage firm, but the client
will be assessed a $25.00 transfer fee. The
$50.00 charge will be
applied if the tour is listed under other brokerage firm and
need to be transferred (both need the prior agent's
authorization). If you would like the photographer to
come back for re-shooting. It is considered an other schedule
and an other virtual tour then there is a full charge to be
applied.
edigitaltour's
staffs will arrive at the property on time. If there is
some reason such as: traffic, or else...that the agent could
not arrive on time then the agents need to contact the
photographer immediately. Otherwise, the photographer can only
wait up to 15 minutes and the $50.00
fee will be charged even the job have not been done.
The returned check will be subjected to a $25.00 service
charge.

It is agent’s responsibility to link the tour to any where you
want. We are not participated with any other Real Estate
services websites.
eDigitalTour.com reserves all rights to update these Terms and
Conditions at any time without prior notice.
